For readings, no: you can carry on with your day, and I will send you everything on WhatsApp once it is ready. For energy healing sessions it is different: while your session takes place, you need to be relaxed, with no other people around you and not doing anything that requires your concentration.
You will usually receive your reading within 24–48 hours of payment. Energy healing sessions usually last between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes.
